What we collect and why

Only what you type into the contact form: company or personal name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, and your message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in business correspondence). Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way to reply.

How long we keep it

No longer than 24 months from our last contact. If the correspondence leads to a contract, data related to fulfilling it is kept for the period required by Polish tax and accounting law.

Who processes it for us

We use two providers, without which the site and its mail would not work:

• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — delivering form messages to our inbox.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and technical server logs.

Both process data outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. One message tobiuro@intertwine.com.pl is enough — we reply without undue delay.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies for analytics, marketing or profiling. We use no Google Analytics and no tracking tools, and embed no third-party scripts, fonts or social plugins — every asset is served from our own server. That is why there is no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.

Automated decisions

We do not profile you and make no automated decisions about you.
